RMA’s involvement in new builds starts early, in quantity surveying or early design. We work with the designers and other stakeholders to determine the profile of the new facility.
When a builder is engaged, we then work with them to ensure that all the details are addressed, and ensure that all of the details previously discussed is followed through to allow the project to proceed.
Goods are arranged from all around the world and delivery co-ordinated to arrive at the right time for installation into the building.
After the building is completed, we provide ongoing training, and support in the form of maintenance, and information updates as rules change to ensure the facility remains in an optimal condition for users.
As we can see in this video, projects such as this are a tremendous source of pride for communities, and draw people from all across the region to a new hub to play, socialise and connect with teammates, and competitors alike.
