Over the years RMA has worked with hundreds of architects on hundreds of projects all across the Pacific. With facilities across Australia, New Zealand, PNG, Solomon Islands, Fiji and Guam to name a few, we aim to educate, assist and advise on the best solutions to fit a facility brief, budget and scope.
Not all facilities require the same product. A rural primary school can have very different needs to a regional sports centre, or international venue, so our role is to assist in determining the best solutions for each specific facility, and then working through the co-ordination to ensure it all comes together for the tender. Assisting with things like structural requirements for mounted systems, slab design to allow for ground sleeves, provision of Revit files to assist design or engineering loads is all part of the workflow we go through each time to ensure that all the boxes are ticked, and considerations fully made before the perimeter fencing is even made.
We have dedicated architectural consultants whose role is to support designers and engineers on technical aspects, and provide all the necessary information to deliver the best possible outcome – and a happy client in the end ready to showcase their prized new space to the community.
